I am currently looking for a Senior Repairs Planner in the High Wycombe area to work for a well-established social housing contractor, on a permanent contract.Ideally, I'm looking for a Senior Repairs Planner who has:Proven experience in a senior scheduling, workforce planning, or coordination role within reactive maintenance or facilities managementIn-depth knowledge of scheduling tools and experience working with mobile field teamsUnderstanding of KPIs and service performanceExperience managing or mentoring teams in an operational settingFamiliarity in multi-trade environments desirableThe duties of the Senior Repairs Planner are:Managing the team of planners, providing day to day direction and coachingTraining new staff and providing performance feedbackAnalyse operative home locations against job allocations to optimise travel time, reduce costs, and increase productivityIdentify and report recurring issues such as incomplete works, missed appointments, or delays in job progressionMonitor field team attendance, reporting late starts, early finishes, or no-shows to the Response Supervisor for follow-upProactively identify works that may fall outside the scope of contract and flag to relevant managers for assessment and commercial reviewLiaising with subcontractors, clients and suppliers to schedule appointmentsIn return, the Senior Repairs Planner will get:£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)Permanent employmentGenerous holiday packageOther great benefits that come with a permanent packageIf you're interested in this Senior Repairs Planner role, please apply online or call Alex on 0121 790 0986.TPBN1_UKTJ
