Job title: Senior Brand Manager
Contract length: 3-6 months initially (permanent opportunity in the future)
Location: Maidenhead (hybrid, in office 3 days per week)
Pay rate: Circa £70,000 per annum
From removing the regular pain of fingersticks as people manage their diabetes to connecting patients to doctors with real-time information monitoring their hearts, from easing chronic pain and movement disorders to testing half the world's blood donations to ensure a healthy supply, my clients purpose is to make the world a better place by bringing life-changing health technologies to the people who need them.
Main responsibilities
To lead development of marketing strategies, including brand development and implement these strategies through campaigns, which maximise return on investment for the brand(s).
1. Define and develop marketing strategies & tactical plans to match the position of the brand in its life cycle and maximise potential.
2. Lead execution of planned tactical plans with excellence, delivering on time and within agreed A&P budget.
3. Lead Brand Planning process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and co-ordinate brand team to ensure effective strategies and plans in place to drive growth
4. Lead the portfolio insights & assessment and implement agreed management plans flawlessly.
5. Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and monitor implementation.
6. Management of the brand P & L including full budgetary responsibility for ensuring promotional campaigns are delivered within agreed spending limits.
7. Influencing sales management and sales teams to ensure promotional campaigns are executed appropriately.
8. Forecast demand to a high level of accuracy
9. Create and implement market development strategies
10. Lead preparation of brand financials for planning: Plan, RLBE & LRP
11. Analyse and report brand performance (financial and in-market) with insights based on validated facts. Proactively share recommendations for course-correction as required.
12. Lead brand innovation process from ideation, business case preparation, presentation and implementation.
13. Monitor and control budget spending on a monthly basis

Education & Skills
24. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
25. Marketing qualifications preferred

29. Proficient at MS Office, Powerpoint & Excel
Experience
30. Proven track record in relevant environment
31. Relevant brand management or marketing experience and proven track record of success.
