We are recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a luxury hotel in St Mawes to start immediately.

Pay Rate:
* £14 p/hour
Shift Schedule:
* Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example as you provide an outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring that guests receive exceptional hospitality
* Supervise the front-of-house team, coordinating efforts to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Welcome customers and take orders, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
* Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and correct food delivery
* Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
* Manage guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, delivering a positive resolution
* Ensure the team is trained and motivated, encouraging excellent customer service at all times
* Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, including specials, dietary requirements, and seasonal offerings
* Monitor and manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary
