They specialise in Leadership and Management Training across both apprenticeships and commercial training. /p p strong The Role: Head of Quality and Compliance /strong /p p Reporting to the Operations Director, this senior role is pivotal in shaping the organisations future by ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and customer experience while driving business growth and regulatory excellence. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p strong Quality & Compliance Oversight /strong /p ul li Lead all aspects of quality assurance, compliance, and funding within apprenticeship and funded programme delivery. /li li Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections, ESFA financial audits, and external quality assessments. /li li Act as the Ofsted Nominee, when required. /li li Oversee subcontracted provision, ensuring high standards are maintained. /li li Maintain policies, processes, and procedures aligned with ESFA & Ofsted guidelines. /li /ul p strong Apprenticeship Strategy & Curriculum Development /strong /p ul li Provide expertise in curriculum design to ensure high-quality, compliant, and fundable provision. /li li Work closely with End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs) to optimise learner outcomes. /li li Own and drive the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). /li li Ensure learner assessments and evidence are accurately recorded for compliance. /li li Develop and implement Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) strategies. /li /ul p strong Leadership & Stakeholder Management /strong /p ul li Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Quality & Compliance team. /li li Build strong relationships with employers to drive apprenticeship success. /li li Represent the organisation in industry meetings and partnerships. /li li Deliver training sessions for staff, employers, and learners to promote best practices in apprenticeship delivery. /li /ul p strong Data & Continuous Improvement /strong /p ul li Collect benchmarking data to drive quality improvements. /li li Analyse ILR funding and compliance data to minimise errors and clawback risks. /li li Ensure all apprentices achieve their full potential, including functional skills attainment. /li li Provide monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients. /li /ul p strong Business Growth & Commercial Viability /strong /p ul li Support the Operations Director in ensuring the financial sustainability of apprenticeship provision. /li li Assist in business development efforts to enhance services for key clients. /li /ul p strong What Were Looking For /strong /p ul li Proven experience in Quality Assurance & Compliance within a training provider or education setting. /li li Strong understanding of Ofsted, ESFA funding, ILR compliance, and apprenticeship levy requirements. /li li Knowledge of experiential leadership training from graduate to board level. /li li Ability to develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance frameworks. /li li Strong commercial awareness and a data-driven approach to funding and compliance. /li li A natural leader, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and inspiring teams. /li li Passion for learning, development, and leadership training. /li li Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. /li li Own transport and flexibility to travel with occasional overnight stays. /li /ul J-18808-Ljbffr
