I am currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. Initially, this role will be office-based, with a focus on driving business growth and supporting our external Account Management team. Key responsibilities include:
1. Building an extensive network of contacts within accounts
2. Identifying new business opportunities
3. Assisting with larger projects alongside the Account Management team
4. Achieving activity-based KPIs
This role offers the potential for career progression into full Field Sales/Account Management once you are proficient in the sales process.
Candidate Requirements:
1. The confidence to liaise with senior contacts within NHS environments
2. The candidate will need to be comfortable with CRM activity and pipeline management, and work towards agreed KPIs.
3. The ability to confidently discuss our product range via virtual demonstrations from our demo room in Droitwich.
4. Ambition to move into an external role once the sales process is fully understood and compliant.
