• You will be working within asmall team of psychologists, psychologicaltherapistsand Business/Admin support.
• You will be supporting thedaily delivery anddevelopment of the latest evidence based psychological wellbeing support tostaff working in Berkshire Healthcare.
• You will be part of acutting-edgeservice creating new and exciting opportunities to support staff wellbeing.
• You will also have opportunities to enhance your skills in research, audit, data management and service development.
• An enhanced DBS check isrequired, and you will need to travel between bases in Berkshire asrequired.

The “must haves” for this role:
1. An uppersecond-classhonoursdegree or higher in psychology.
1. Working in NHS mental health services.
1. Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions e.g. psychological first aid, and the application thereof, as relevant to psychological wellbeing.
1. Providing evidence- based psychological interventions in direct care provision.
1. An interest in supporting NHS staff to flourish in the workplace.
