Lead Service and UX Designer The client is a global consultancy firm specialising in technology services who are seeking to add a Lead Service & UX Designer to join their UK studio team. Operating worldwide in 29 countries with offices in Europe, America and Asia. The client brings in over 30 billion and have served over 75% of fortune Global 100 companies. As a Lead service & UX Designer you will be responsible for; Enhancing the client's customer experience and service design capabilities, ensuring all work is grounded with a deep understand of the people you are designing for. Leading all interactions and service design activities on projects, managing relationships with partners and clients. Manging and training junior team members accurately assessing their performance Essential Lead & UX Designer Requirements; Proven ability to lead service design projects with multiple designers and manage complex design engagements. The ability to collaborate with stakeholders both technical and non-technical, experience in coaching and developing junior team members. High quality experience in Service Design methodologies and comfortable using the relevant tools Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of Adobe CC, Invision, Sketch, Prototyping tool and Axure. You will be resilient and accustomed to working at a fast pace in a deadline-driven workplace, demonstrating strategic thinking, team player with an egoless and supportive attitude.
