They are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead their internal hiring efforts and help build a high-performing, motivated team.
Role Overview
As an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for internal hires. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organisation by sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent aligned with their mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire process from job posting and screening to interviewing, assessing, and extending offers.
* Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice by creating compelling job adverts and driving outreach efforts.
* Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience, providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication.
* Data Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce regular recruitment reports for senior management.
* Market Research: Monitor industry trends to ensure recruitment strategies remain competitive and innovative.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the education or recruitment sector.
* Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Proficiency in ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for identifying top talent.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
