JHM Butt & Co Ltd, a leading provider of garage equipment spare parts, is on the lookout for a dedicated and efficient Spare Parts Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this crucial role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive top-quality spare parts, supporting our engineers and service team in maintaining our customer’s equipment and operations at peak performance.
About the Role:
As a Spare Parts Coordinator you are an essential component of the aftersales team, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and quoting spare parts for various garage equipment.
* Owning the end-to-end sales process for spare parts, including liaising with customers and suppliers. You’ll be dealing with a mixture of supply-only quotes and also quoting from engineer’s breakdown reports.
* Owning the warranty process with suppliers to ensure no delays
* Working diligently to meet Service Level Agreements and ensure timely delivery of parts.
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries, returns and maintaining strong customer relationships with both independent and group customers.

Who We’re Looking For:
* Experience:Preferably someone with 3 -5 years experience in the engineering or automotive sector (such as a motor factors spare parts role or a similar field). Someone with B2B sales experience would be ideal.
* Customer Service Skills:Strong communication and customer service abilities. We’re looking for someone who understands the urgency of our customers’ requirements and manages their time effectively.
* Organisational Skills:Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities. We expect the candidate to be fully capable of organising their day to meet the requirements of our customers and their line manager.
* Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will be expected to manage both your own workload and that of your colleagues during their annual leave or other absences.
* Attention to Detail:Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
* Work Hours:Full-time availability, Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
