The Role
They’re seeking an experienced CRM Manager to unlock the full potential of their customer data and drive their digital transformation. This is a greenfield opportunity to build and execute their CRM strategy from the ground up, working with cutting-edge tools and a substantial marketing budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value
2. Design and maintain their customer data architecture
3. Lead the analysis of customer behaviour to inform targeted marketing strategies
4. Define and execute personalised communication campaigns
5. Drive measurable improvements in customer engagement and sales
6. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives
What You'll Bring
1. Proven track record of CRM management experience, ideally in retail
2. Strong expertise in data architecture and customer analytics
3. Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
4. Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
5. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
6. Excellence in stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration
