Main Responsibilities as a Senior Inspector
* Lead and develop the investigation team, ensuring high performance, continuous professional growth, and adherence to quality standards.
* Identify emerging threats and mitigate risks in operations and investigations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and business policies.
* Manage resource allocation, including personnel, systems, and budget, to ensure effective and efficient investigative operations.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, while supporting the development of policies and procedures to safeguard lottery operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Over five years of experience in investigations and personnel management, with strong skills in presenting and defending findings and recommendations.
* Highly organised and analytical, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and solve investigative issues.
* Proficient in writing detailed, accurate investigative reports and business correspondence, with expertise in using relevant databases and systems.
* Strong ability to analyse and interpret data to identify and prevent fraud.
* Familiar with police procedures, legal requirements for statement taking and evidence gathering, and the processes for winner validation and security measures.
