Working with the wider Workplace Services and Real Estate senior management team, this role is responsible for conveying their own insights and experience in support of the evolution of Workplace Services operational platform by site in a consistent manner. Developing improvement initiatives and mobilisation of new sites to ensure continuous 'best in class' delivery. The role is pivotal to integration of operational services across the Workplace Services function and acts as an SME function (Integrated Facilities Management - IFM) ensuring service excellence and consistency across the UK portfolio. A key focus of this role will be the support of the London Campus as well as the wider UK portfolio both in terms of operational input into the Real Estate design process and the impact upon operational delivery solution. Connect to your opportunity Accountable for the design and implement of the Workplace Services operational solution associated with the London Campus Strategy working closely with the Real Estate Programme Director and Workplace Services Leadership team. Supporting and delivering IFM Workplace Service operational solutions across the wider UK portfolio ensuring a robust focus upon the 'user experience and mapping' of any workplace operational design. Oversight the commercial solution for any new site ensuring strong governance processes and business cases for presentation to the Workplace Services Leadership team. Accountable for manging all 3rd party suppliers with respect to creating workplace operational solutions and driving a level innovation and creativity associated with the 'end user' experience across all IFM services. Leading a team of Workplace services SME's including 3rd parties. Liaison with Real Estate and IT teams associated with workplace design and operational solutions in support of the UK portfolio strategy. Support and have a working oversite of all site mobilisation or 'occupational readiness' processes and execution including Health & Safety and ESG implications. Strong liaison with Workplace DMO (Delivery Management Office and PMO (Programme Management office) teams along with Real Estate and IT teams across all Workplace Service projects. Connect to your skills and professional experience Experience of strong operational management within the IFM sector and a consistent record of building strong commercial relationships at all levels. Experience of managing, leading or working with 3rd party hard & soft services supplier in a corporate environment. Strong working knowledge al all aspects of hard & soft services operational solutions and operational models, including site mobilisation & transition. Ability to identify to drive operational improvement aligned to core business requirements and strategy. Essential stakeholder management and presentation skills at Executive and Senior Management level. Exhibit a strategic and commercial mind-set. The post holder must be able to demonstrate a proven record in creating efficiencies across multi-functional services and demonstrate where they have brought value to the business. Strong commercial negotiation, influencing, planning and organising skills. Demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement by keeping abreast of market developments and industry standards. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels. Demonstrate SME qualities and ability to motivate and develop those within the team.
