JOBTITLE: Insurance Consultant – CavendishOnline
SALARY: £33,000 (OTE£61,800)
LOCATION:Bristol
HOURS:Full-time – 40 hours (Monday to Thursday 9:45am-7:00pmand Friday10am-6pm)
WORKINGPATTERN: Our work style is Hybrid, which involvesspending at least two days, or 40% of your working week, in ourBristol office. This will be agreed by your LineManager.

Supporting ourCavendish Online business, we’re currently looking for anenthusiastic and driven Insurance Consultant. You’ll providerecommendations to our customers on the various protectioninsurance options available to them. You'll need experience ofspeaking to customers and have a compassion and a desire to do theright thing for them.
This is an exciting opportunity for ahighly motivated, adaptable, and ambitious individual to take apivotal role in the success of this team.
We will provide you with great training which will be fulltime in our Bristol office, leading to a hybrid role when fullycompetent.

You’llhave good interpersonal, organisational and communication skills,along with the ability to establish rapport and build relationshipsbased ontrust.
* Identifycustomer needs and provide guidance to fulfil thoseneeds.
* Strongattention to detail ensuring calls and information is accuratelyprocessed and that work follows relevant internal and externalrules, procedures, scripts and regulatoryrequirements.
