The role is an integral part of the People and Retail teams, making a difference by driving the company’s people strategy in our stores. What you’ll do At Primark we do retail our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role. Partner with the Area Manager as a trusted advisor to support effective strategic and operational decision making across the area. Lead a team of Cluster People & Culture Business Partners across your geographical area. Inspirational leadership and providing clear direction is key. Collaborate effectively with the wider People & Culture team to enable a consistent, high-quality delivery of the P&C agenda. Coach and develop the retail leadership team on the area with a clear focus on great leadership and people management skills. Work in partnership to drive all people related KPIs across the area. Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience. Proven senior HR professional experience from a comparable multisite background. Good thought leadership across all the HR drivers of performance, talent development, employee relations, employee culture and well-being. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. As well as being highly analytical, being able to source actionable insights from people related data to make informed decisions. Strong leadership and coaching skills – ability to influence your team and others to communicate and inspire at all levels. Excited? Good.
