Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with over 5 years of PQE to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and motivated, with a proven track record in handling complex property litigation cases. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established client base and make a significant impact within our firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent recovery, boundary disputes, and property-related professional negligence claims. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism. Prepare and conduct litigation in courts and tribunals, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and attending hearings. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts, including attending networking events, writing articles, and participating in seminars. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to our clients. Stay updated with the latest developments in property law and practice, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years PQE in Property Litigation. Extensive experience in handling a wide range of property litigation cases. Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
