Specialising in Energy and Utilities, you’ll be joining a professional and friendly leadership team and fulfilling the role as Recruitment Team Leader. As a billing manager you will split your time between your own 360 role and leading your team of 6 consultants, who operate in a unique "dual recruitment role". 50% of their time will be spent in a 360 role, bringing in new business and filling their own vacancies and the other 50% will be account managing and resourcing on the companies largest client accounts. Management experience would be great but isn’t essential. You must be a strong team player and adaptable to business needs and changes.
