Lead Engineer
Within your role as a Lead Engineer, no two days will look the same; with a variety of projects, there’s always something new to learn. You will be joining an already established and talented team, comprised of Graduate Engineers through to Solution Architects helping to enhance existing and develop new products!

What you will be doing:
1. Proven abilities in coaching technical performance within a team and across a business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress
2. Highlighting training requirements within a multi-discipline agile team
3. Technical domain design skills
4. Technical debt identification and pay down
5. Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
6. Advocate and leadership of design review
7. Technical evangelism
8. Able to implement patterns of enterprise architecture
9. Working with architecture focused road maps
10. Positive attitude in the workplace
