Job summary We are looking for a Band 5, Registered Nurse (RMN) to work within MHCIT. This vacancy is also open to about to be newly qualified nurses where there is a full preceptorship programme. Demonstrate a range of clinical interventions, procedures and practices which are evidence based and relevant to the clinical area. To assess the needs of patients and their carers' based on the analysis of a range of facts or situations. Interventions will be planned on the assessment information and the interpretation of this e.g. Mental Health assessment/risk assessment To contribute to assessment and management plan for patients with high risk clinical needs to ensure safety of patients, carers, staff and the general public.
