We are excited to be hiring for experienced Residential Children's Support Workers to join our client's service based in Ramsgate, Kent.
This is a Residential Children's home, EBD home, specialising in the care and support for young people, promoting independence and protection.
Excellent training provided including the opportunity to complete your NVQ Level 3 and 5. Excellent career progression opportunities!
To be considered for this position, we would like you to have:
* Ideally hold a Level 3 in Residential / Childcare NVQ
* Experience of working with children and young people ages 8-18 years with EBD
* Have experienced challenging young people
* Strong knowledge around Ofsted regulations
* Ideally hold full UK drivers licence
