1. Develop and manage the organisation's network and communication infrastructure.

Profile
A successful Senior Unified Communications Manager (Data Networking) should have:
1. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant certifications (CCNA, CWNA, CWSP, CWDP, CWAP).
2. Experience in data network engineering, including design, installation, configuration, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
3. Excellent knowledge of data privacy and network security protocols.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
6. Good understanding of public sector requirements and regulations.
