As a Support Worker with SeeAbility, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
Requirements:
• A valid full UK manual driving license is preferable but not essential.
• Ability to work a shift rota, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
