We continue to go from strength to strength and are now in a position to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated Business Travel Consultant to join the Business Travel team based in our Ipswich Head Office. Our Business Travel team provide an award winning service and continuously strive to offer choice and flexibility whilst embracing the challenges of an ever changing industry. We are proud to offer services including: Airline Reservations, Group Travel, Train Tickets, Worldwide and Airport Hotels, Marine & Offshore, Conference & Meetings, Leisure, Car Hire, Rail and Ferries. This is an exciting position focused on generating sales of all Business Travel products to our ever growing list of corporate clients and support the management team in providing a specialised travel service that's tailor-made to customer's requirements in line with our company values. We are keen to hear from individuals with exceptional Customer Service Skills along with a high level of accuracy. Relevant experience in the travel industry and knowledge of Sabre GDS and Dolphin are not essential however would be advantageous. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours a week, based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) This will include working a Saturday on a rota basis.
