Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting their HR team by ensuring the smooth processing of employee information and documentation. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing new starter documentation, including issuing Contracts of Employment, and ensuring Right to Work documentation is checked and compliant.
1. Collaborating closely with the payroll team to ensure all paperwork for new starters, leavers, and employee record changes is accurate and submitted on time.
2. Issuing letters confirming any changes to employees' terms and conditions of employment.
3. Maintaining and managing employee files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and filed correctly.
4. Handling colleague enquiries over the phone or via email, providing a helpful and efficient service.
