Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide a critical link between Epta customer requirements and internal downstream departments and processes. The Channel Coordinator operates within a workflow where timing and communication are crucial in the processing and handling of information to support the on-time, in-full delivery of projects to a broad range of customers. The Channel Coordinator interacts with the UK & Ireland Channel (“pillar”) team, working closely with the Channel Manager, Project Managers, and local and shared administration teams.
* Directly and indirectly communicating with customers, providing updates on orders, tracking shipments, and gathering customer feedback.
* Creating quotations and updating internal systems.
* Administration of the stock process by ECommerce site updates, checking availability, assigning payments, and assigning products to customer site locations.
* Checking and communicating production lead times of equipment both locally and group-wide.
* Placing and maintaining orders using internal systems.
* Communicating information and updates to the wider team.
* Processing site information and the creation to delivery workflow.
Experience and Key Skills:
You will have experience within distribution or logistics environments, be able to demonstrate good time management and prioritizing your workload, and be fluent in Microsoft Office with familiarity in Salesforce or a CRM system.
Additionally, you should bring:
* Experience working with SAP (ability to interrogate stock and load sales orders).
* Refrigeration knowledge is desirable but not essential.
