Job Description
A great opportunity to join our supply planning and customer operations team where you will be engaging with commercial, supply chain and third-party logistic providers to maximise order fulfillment and on time deliveries to customers. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales order management and transacting at a high level of accuracy within established timelines.
Working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
You will make contributions that matter by...
* Receiving, validating and processing customer orders.
* Investigating and managing incidents on delivery and pro-actively resolving ongoing issues to improve service levels.
* Managing promotional activity by ensuring that correct product codes and effective dates are maintained on the system.
* Monitoring actual demand vs forecast and sharing the results with the commercial team.
You are best suited for the role if you have
* Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of manufacturing and logistic processes.
* High attention to detail with a particular focus on order processing.
* The ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet deadlines.
* A desire to learn new skills, show enthusiasm and flexibility in problem-solving.
