Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner, which is a full-time role (36.25 hours per week), based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £41,027 - £45,262 per annum.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a key link between the Finance team and the business decision makers. You will provide valuable financial advice, challenge and support, strategic insight, and business solutions. This role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will support effective decision making.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial advice and support to business decision makers.
2. Deliver and assess management accounts, budgets, and financial statements.
3. Extract reports and provide analytical analysis in a user-friendly format.
4. Assess financial requirements and impacts of Transformation Programmes.
5. Drive and implement changes to improve performance or systems.
6. Implement changes to financial systems to meet the latest accounting policies.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with AAT or similar at Level 4.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Experience in developing and maintaining good relations with internal customers.
4. Motivates and inspires others to perform to their best.
