As an Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution from the department through profitable sales and profit. Working in one of our depots you'll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer brilliant customer service and to get the job done.
Here's what you can expect to do as an Sales Office Manager with Civils & Lintels:
* Effectively managing the departmental budget to meet financial targets.
* Developing sales opportunities for new, lapsed and existing customers.
* Effectively increasing profitable sales opportunities through correct product mix, merchandising and marketing in-line with company policy
* Analysing the trading report to establish current activity and communicating the outcome to the team.
* Communicating and negotiating with customers to secure the most profitable quotes and on-going business.
* Continually updating knowledge of competitor's activities.
* Maintaining an awareness of current market trends and preferred suppliers' product ranges
* Motivating the team to achieve the department/section financial targets.
* Managing and organising the team to meet operational needs.
