Customer Service Administrator\n\n£23,795\n\nCardiff\n\nOffice Based\n\nWe have teamed up with an engineering company based in great offices in the Cardiff area.\n\nOur client is one of the UK's leading engineering companies, which operates nationally. Due to growth, they are keen to on board an experienced Administrator to work within the service team. You will be joining a highly successful, family-run business, where the team prides itself on its friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment.\n\nAbout your new role:\n\nActing as the point of contact between engineers and clients, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and booking engineer site visits and updating clients on any issues and/or works.
Reporting to the team leader, you will:\n\nBook in engineers for planned maintenance and weekly visits to sites, managing their schedules\nLiaise regularly with clients to keep them up to date on any issues, planned works, or call outs\nUpdate spreadsheets and prepare daily lift update reports for your designated area\nSupport the wider team with any additional ad-hoc dutiesAbout you:\n\nThis role is perfect for you if you're a strong Administrator, with excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills. Upon joining the team, you will receive full training on processes and systems used within the business, so previous experience in the industry is not essential. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market, and you will essentially act as an ambassador for them - so a can-do attitude and desire to deliver excellent customer service levels is the key to your success in this role.\n\nAs a Customer Service Administrator you will be:\n\nProficient in MS office including Excel\nA strong communicator - both written and verbal\nProactive and able to use your own initiative\nHighly organised and able to juggle multiple tasksWhat's in it for you?\n\nThe opportunity to join a fantastic family-run business, which supports its employee's progression and growth.
