About the Role
A broadcast channel is currently recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer. The Creative team is behind the big ideas that make the brand stand out. Working in partnership with Marketing, the team creates campaigns that promote award-winning shows and support initiatives reaching millions across Scotland and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Work independently or as part of a collaborative team to bring campaign ideas to life across various platforms, from TV and print to digital and social media.
* Develop a good understanding of our brand guidelines and apply them innovatively.
* Rework imagery for TV shows into different formats
* Design and deliver outstanding presentations and internal communications.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Explore new trends to improve creative output and delight clients.
* Assist in any other aspects of the work of the Company as reasonably required.
Requirements
* Previous related experience as a Junior Designer is desirable.
* A creative portfolio showcasing skills and digital design projects is essential.
* Strong understanding of graphic design principles and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially PowerPoint, is essential.
* Curiosity and creativity with confidence in exploring new ideas.
* Discipline to manage competing projects and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
* A keen eye for detail including good literacy and grammar skills.
