We're recruiting an Electrically biased Engineer for a food manufacturer based in Falmouth, Cornwall. Shift pattern is days & afternoons (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00) Monday - Friday, or permanent afternoon shift. The Role: Provide Engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment whilst ensuring that all H&S procedures, and engineering best practice is adhered to at all times. Responsibilities: Accurate & timely records are entered and recorded on all work carried out, root causes of failures and of spares/consumables used. Carry out routine maintenance and planned preventative maintenance. Attend and resolve breakdowns in a timely manner. Promote and complete CI work to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
