We're currently looking for a Seasonal Stock Associate to join us and support us across the busiest time of the year! The Stock Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for the organisation of the stock room and maintaining overall standards of the stock room and counter. This role is part time 22.5 hours over 3 days. This contract is seasonal and will last until Jan 2025. Applicants must be available to work peak trading dates and bank holidays.
Summary of Position:
The Stock Associate takes primary day-to-day responsibility for inbound stock and effective management of the Morphe Stock Room. The role takes ownership of receiving, replenishing, organizing, sorting and maintaining standards in the stockroom and lead the replenishment and merchandising of product on the sales floor. In addition, the Stock Associate will be responsible for assisting with visual displays, cleaning the store, checking out clients at the point of sale and directing customers to sales associates as needed.
Principle Accountabilities:
Operations
1. Responsible for management of the stock room, including inbound receipt and counting, processing returns to warehouse, tracking and reporting variances and stock levels, defining the organization of back of house and the maintenance of agreed BOH standards, according to Morphe policies & procedures.
2. Management of the tester process, including counting in and counting out and ensuring all team members adhere to tester process compliance, including system adjustments (i.e writing off stock as testers). Also marking out of stock and labeling testers for sales floor use and also removing used or damaged product.
3. Ownership of cleanliness and safety of the stock room, and assists with maintaining cleanliness of the counter.
4. Assists in execution of visual displays, merchandising and marketing standards; ensuring the counter is consistently replenished.
5. Actively participates as a lead in the preparation and completion of accurate cycle counts and full physical inventories as assigned.
6. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Immediately report any variances to a Manager or a People partner.
7. Arrives to work on time and consistently follows the Morphe personal appearance guidelines.
8. Tracks, embeds and follows all safety and emergency procedures.
9. Identifies potential loss prevention issues and works with management to ensure stock loss is minimized.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Sales
11. Accurately ring sales on the POS.
12. Maintains healthy stock levels on the selling floor for customer access.
13. Ensures the visually pleasing, clean and organized presentation of product and displays on the counter.
Service
14. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with enquiries on the sales floor or promptly guiding customers to a sales associate for full service.
15. Positive representative of the Morphe brand, always demonstrating professionalism and poise.
16. Attends all required trainings and completes educational and developmental tools as assigned.
Leadership
17. Take ownership of the back of house, leading at a peer level with other team members, to ensure BOH organization, management and compliance.
18. Contributes to a productive and dynamic Morphe squad by connecting with employees and customers.
19. Acts with professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers, co-workers, management and business associates.
Required Skills & Experience:
20. Previous experience managing stock, a stock room, inbound or outbound stock counts, inventory, etc strongly preferred.
21. Retail experience essential.
22. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
23. Ability to multi-task and build relationships.

26. Have and maintain flexible availability.
27. Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times including evenings, weekends and holidays.
28. While infrequent, must be available to work overnight shifts as needed.
