We’re looking for a dedicated Night Support Worker to join us in delivering our vision: empowering people to live fulfilling and independent lives in a safe and supportive environment.

Role: Night Support Worker
Location: Weymouth
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £13.05 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight care and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Assist with personal care, health and safety checks, and maintaining a comfortable environment during the night.
Complete records, follow safeguarding protocols, and escalate any concerns to senior staff.
About You:
Compassionate, reliable, and able to remain awake and alert throughout the shift.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow care plans and support people’ needs.
Willingness to learn and engage in professional development, with a proactive and positive approach to care.
