We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the analysis of complex data sets and provide strategic insights that drive decision-making across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will mentor junior team members, design data systems, and work cross-functionally to solve high-impact business problems. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in data analytics, strong statistical knowledge, and the ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the collection, processing, and analysis of large, complex datasets from various sources. Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights. Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business challenges. Design and create interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track key metrics and KPIs. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Mentor and guide junior data analysts on technical methodologies, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with data engineers, business teams, and leadership to define data requirements and business objectives. Work closely with data science and product teams to develop predictive models, forecasting, and data-driven strategies. Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to senior management and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data governance, quality, and security protocols are followed across all data analysis processes. Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends in data analytics and recommend improvements. About You Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior or leadership role. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create dynamic, interactive dashboards. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis. Strong background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning. Experience with cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and present actionable insights to diverse audiences. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on simplifying complex data for stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or distributed data systems. Familiarity with AI/ML models and their applications in business. Knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance, and data security best practices. Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines.
