Neway have a vacancy for a Child Protection Conference Administrator.
This role is starting asap, working full time in an ongoing contract.
This key post is responsible for supporting and minute taking for a range of meetings in the Safeguarding and Reviewing Service. This is to include convening meetings and booking meetings when necessary.
The Reviewing Hub staff are Home Working although occasionally staff will be asked to go into County Hall.
You must be able to accurately summarise complex data and work with highly sensitive and emotive information in a confidential, professional manner. You will have good written and verbal communication skills, be experienced in working to agreed standards and deadlines and will have made a positive contribution to teamwork. Also important are flexible approach to work, recent office experience teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Minute taking takes place on a laptop. In addition to minute taking skills you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
