Job Description
You would support the client in their own home with various tasks such as personal care, home help, moving around the home, medication, meal preparation and companionship. You would liaise with families and other professionals in order to provide the best quality care at home. You would promote independence and individuality according to a Personal Plan. You will record daily tasks, and note any incidents on the Access Care Plan App.
Qualifications
We would like you to have experience of live-in care but it is not essential. You have a genuine, kind, compassionate and caring nature. You are patient and understanding with a calm and friendly approach. Your communication skills with management, clients and/or family members are excellent.
Additional Information
Here at Home Instead we work as a Team. We are there to help each other out on a daily basis. The rate of pay will be £126 per day working on a one week on/one week off rota or two weeks on/two weeks off. This can be discussed further at the Interview Stage. You will have access to your own separate room.
