ECO Division Manager – Overview
We have an opportunity for an ECO Division Manager to join a growing renewable energy company looking to establish an ECO division within their £10 million turnover business. This role will help them navigate this next period of growth.
The company, established in 2016, has become one of the UK’s most effective suppliers, installers, and service providers for Heat Pumps. They are experts in installing and servicing ASHP, GSHP, UFH, and other heating systems. They act as an accredited supplier for multiple heat pump manufacturers and have built a nationwide installer network.
As part of their installer network, many operate under the ECO Schemes. They have built a strong relationship with a primary managing partner, offering them the opportunity to become a ‘Main Contractor’ for ECO leads. They need a Manager with experience in managing ECO projects to help build the division, implementing structure and processes while adhering to ECO scheme regulations.

This role is based in Oxford with a hybrid working arrangement available.
ECO Division Manager – Requirements
1. Extensive experience with ECO/Government Funded schemes tackling fuel poverty such as HUG, RHI, ECO3/ECO4.
2. In-depth knowledge of funded work projects, including the paperwork & compliance side.
3. Experience managing ECO projects from conception to completion.
ECO Division Manager – Salary & Remuneration
1. Salary £50,000 - £75,000.
