Job Specification: Commercial Heating Engineer
Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 (Current Market Rate)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM, with overtime available. Some jobs may require out-of-hours work if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working primarily with commercial clients, including offices, schools, stadiums, hotels, and large commercial properties.
* Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of heating and hot water systems, particularly commercial wall-hung boilers. Comprehensive knowledge of all types of heating and hot water plant systems is essential.
* Occasional work in large domestic properties, such as care home flats and communities.
Overtime & Bonus Structure:
* Overtime paid at time and a half
* Bonuses available for select projects
Parking:
* Parking is available at most sites. For locations in London, parking can be pre-arranged or reimbursed if required.
Team Structure:
* Reporting directly to the director within a small team of 4 engineers.
Interview Process:
* Face-to-face interviews preferred, with Microsoft Teams as an alternative if needed.
Contract Length:
* The business holds several long-standing, year-to-year contracts with clients, ensuring a steady workflow.
