Our client requires a Field Sales Specialist to drive sales of sequencing solutions in the Cambridge / East of England area, focusing on genomic diagnostics. Strong understanding of NGS, Genomic Medicine, and Molecular Biology techniques. Proven sales experience with expertise in territory management and relationship building. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Commercial acumen and strong organisational skills. Familiarity with digital sales tools and engagement strategies. Resilience, tenacity, and a passion for innovation. You will also be responsible for: Drive sales and expand the market for sequencing solutions in the East of England. Build and maintain strong relationships with key genomic laboratories, research institutions, and customers. Identify new business opportunities and maximize sales potential within the territory. Present and train customers on the use and benefits of sequencing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and support customer needs. Manage sales pipeline and territory effectively to achieve revenue targets. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in genomic medicine, and competitor activities.
