Are you an experienced Process or Chemical Engineer looking to take your expertise offshore? We're hiring a skilled Offshore Process Engineer to support high-performance water treatment systems on a world-class FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessel.
You'll be the go-to specialist for the operation, optimization, and troubleshooting of Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) and Sulphate Removal Package (SRP) systems - critical technologies that support safe and efficient oil & gas production.
🔧 What You'll Do:
1. Operate, monitor, and optimize SWRO and SRP water treatment systems.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system performance.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance and membrane cleaning.
4. Analyse performance data and generate improvement reports.
5. Work closely with both offshore teams and onshore engineering support.
6. Train and guide offshore staff in system operation and maintenance.
7. Ensure safety, compliance, and high operational standards.
8. Contribute to system upgrades, innovation, and new tech implementation.
✅ What We're Looking For:
9. Bachelors in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
10. 5+ years of offshore experience, preferably on FPSO vessels
11. Strong knowledge of membrane technologies, SWRO, and SRP systems
12. Skilled in data analysis, instrumentation, and control systems
13. Confident problem-solver with strong communication skills
14. Valid offshore safety and survival certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET )
15. Willingness to commit to 4/4 rotation offshore.

16. Master's degree or Chartered/Professional Engineering certification.
17. Familiarity with standards like API, NORSOK, ISO
18. Experience with other offshore water treatment technologies
