The Client
My client is a leading financial markets infrastructure company providing the markets with an impressive selection of pre-trade, execution and post-trade solutions. One particular business stream is a dealer-to-client Fixed Income platform geared towards Credit, Rates & Repos. They are looking for a Sales Director to join their team and support the revenue growth of this platform.

What You'll Do
* Sell and create a revenue stream for a market leading Fixed Income focused dealer-to-client platform.
* Generate a sales pipeline across the investment banking market, leveraging personal network and external partners.
* Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through cold-calling and other innovative methods of connectivity.
* Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to move potential clients through the sales function.
* Produce sales pitch documents, and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
* Feed into product development roadmap – notably collaborating with Product in the prioritisation and scheduling of new feature requests.
* As the business expands, build, organise and motivate a sales team in the pursuit of aggressive revenue targets.
* Participate in wider cross-departmental projects.
What You'll Need
* Solid track record of delivery in a sales role selling into investment banks.
* A strong network of Traders, and other front office individuals that you are able to harness to quickly start building a sales pipeline.
* Excellent networking and business development skills.
* Background in, and understanding of financial markets and products, specifically Fixed Income products.
* Excellent communication and written skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail, proactive and dynamic.
* Ability to work collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
