We are looking for a Head of Field Services at L'Oréal Luxe.
They will be responsible for creating & leading the Field Services Strategy & lead the office-based hub that equips our Field teams with the insights, support and operational expertise needed to drive a world-class consumer experience and deliver on the retail objectives for the Division. The team is the central source of truth & fosters simplicity & collaboration across the Division. They will monitor retail performance and launch/animation execution, support course-correction where necessary, and provide streamlined communication between Field and Office-based teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RETAIL PERFORMANCE
* Lead end to end target setting process
* Drive the monthly BA commission reconciliation, budget management and operationalisation.
* Lead & deliver the quarterly Retail Drives, including arbitration of focus priorities (according to division priorities and retail potential)
* Support the execution & course-correction of consumer engagement & retail activities.
* Prepare Management Field visit data & logistics.
* Create, maintain and share Multi-brand tools/reports – One stop shop for brands, Field & Education teams.
* Be the key communicator between Retail & BU/Commercial teams.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
* Analysis of retail process and cross-functional process to enable field team and reduce operational dependency.
* Identify operational and process efficiencies/improvements to ways of working.
* Management of MOSAIC field tool (PLV) (Kepler).
* Management of Agency budgets, PO, relationships and ROI reporting.
* Management of Retail & Omni Education Budgets.
* Uniform and BA tools management.
* Support in the field execution of Beauty tech, through any system integrations & team collate and escalate issues to the Luxe Beauty Tech Champion for the division (Omni Consumer experience).
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
* Drive team performance to deliver teams objectives.
* Management through a team of BA onboarding & induction.
