THE ROLE
A leading independent Construction Consultancy with offices in Sussex and Hampshire, is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team.
As the Assistant Project Manager you will assist on a wide range of projects, ranging typically from £2 - £18 million in value.
Projects will vary but will mainly include refurbishment and new build projects within Education, Local Authority and Health sectors, so experience within these will be really beneficial.
Commercially aware you will support tracking of change control and support procurement/tendering activities.

WHO YOU ARE
You will be someone with at least 3 years working knowledge of Project Management within the construction industry.
With experience of working with multi-discipline teams, often including external consultants and stakeholders
Hold membership of a professional body and ideally working towards APM or RICS PM chartership
Have familiarity with JCT suite of contracts (and NEC would be a bonus)
