Internal Sales Executive – Contract Sales
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Pension
Hours: Full-time, 9am - 5pm

The Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive – Contract Sales, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Selling waste collection services over the phone
* Managing the CRM system, handling incoming calls and emails
* Assisting the sales team with quotations, purchase orders, and invoice checks
* Setting up new clients on the customer portal and resolving inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
* • Previous experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Administration
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
* IT proficiency, including experience using CRM systems
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
