We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Executive Assistant to support the MD.
What you will be doing as an Executive Assistant?
1. Providing efficient support and acting as the Mds right-hand person and face for the organisation with Board Members, other Executives, external partners and residents
2. Supporting the Executive Team as required, including any Governance matters and provide support to the Board and Committees
3. Work closely with the MD on all that is required to make sure that the Group remains at the highest Regulatory Grading, with financial sustainability and strong governance
4. Be responsible for ensuring all Executive data, sometimes of a highly confidential and sensitive nature is updated and maintained in accordance with Data Protection legislation
5. Provide presentations, and undertake research, to obtain key management information and data to be used by the MD and the Executive Team as required
6. Support the MD managing the National Housing Federation Group and other national working groups, providing specialist support and advice
7. Support the Head of Governance, Risk and Assurance in any Board and Committee matters
8. Manage the MDs Budget including raising purchase orders, payment of invoices and expenses reconciliation
9. Promptly provide minutes and actions of relevant meetings and create action trackers
10. Manage a wide range of meetings, including preparation, agenda development and timely access and development of papers
11. Effective diary management, overseeing any requirements for papers/reports or assistance with travel arrangements
12. Manage the gifts and hospitality arrangements and appropriate completion of the register, ensuring compliance with the this is how we do it guiding principles
13. Maintain the smooth running of office systems used by the Executive Team
14. Be responsible for any administration required for the MD including expenses and any credit card expense
15. Promote the wellbeing and health & safety of all colleagues
What experience is essential for the role of Executive Assistant?
16. Experience in a similar EA or Executive Assistant or PA role
17. Good standard of education - GSCE/A Level. Pass in English and Maths is essential.

26. Annual salary of GBP36,500
27. Initial 6 month contract
