The Henley College are looking for an experienced Teacher of Sport to join our friendly and supportive Sports team.
You’ll have the opportunity to teach a broad range of courses, including A Level PE (Year 1 and Year 2), BTEC Level 3 Sport Science, BTEC Level 3 Sport Fitness & Personal Training and BTEC L2 Sports Industry Skills.
You’ll have access to excellent facilities and will be working with prestigious partners such as Saracens and Wycombe Wanderers.

Minimum Requirements:
* Teaching Qualification
* Degree in the relevant field or substantial experience
* Level 3 Assessor qualification (or working towards)
* Commitment to active and student-centred learning
* Commitment to keeping up-to-date with educational developments affecting the work of the College and sport
* Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to communicate effectively with students and staff
* Well-developed organisational skills
* The work collaboratively with a committed team of teachers and support staff
Terms of Employment
Tenure of post: Permanent
Hours of work: 1FTE or 0.5FTE
Start Date: 1st May 2025
Annual leave: 66 days per leave year (from 1 September to 31 August) (pro-rated for Part time)
Salary: The salary will be on the Henley College Teachers’ Spine from £28,024.00 up to £44,215.00 per annum (pro-rated for part time)
