Key Responsibilities:
Support children with intermediate learning levels through a tailored curriculum
Focus on learning needs and Autism, delivering essential personal and functional skills
Work with a diverse group of 55 students in small classes of 6-8, based on ability
Compensation and Hours:
Salary: £460-£500 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Requirements:
An Undergraduate Degree (preferable) and/or previous SEN experience, ideal for Criminology and Psychology graduates
A strong interest in mental health and Autism
Knowledge or keen interest in various learning and behavioural needs (SEMH)
Ability to commute locally to Luton
