This busy role is a role in two parts! – This Weighbridge Administrator role will involve part of the week, working for the Operations Manager within the office completing administration tasks, the latter part of the week and every other Saturday morning you will be responsible for the weighbridge, working in a different part of the business.
This Weighbridge Administrator role is a temp-to-perm position that offers variety and involves many administrative duties.
Job Description:
Liaising with all drivers and visitors entering and leaving the site
Completing and updating all data, ensuring data is entered correctly and accurately for individual vehicles, haulers, types of materials, etc
Raising Purchase orders and dealing with GRNs
Logging fuel usage and monitoring
General administrative duties for the Operations Manager
Entering timesheets and hours onto the system for the operatives.
Ensuring that each vehicle that enters the site is accurately weighed and logged on its arrival and departure from the site
Ensuring that all visitors and drivers are adhering to the site rules at all times, such as visitors wearing correct PPE and wearing seatbelts, etc
Entering data on the SAP system
Liaising with the accounts team regarding any accounts that are logged as stop to obtain permission/ refusal for the driver to tip Candidate Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Professional and mature
The ability to work in a team as well as individually
Good attention to detail and accuracy
High level of skill in organizing and prioritizing
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Strong administration skills
Experience in SAP would be advantageous, but training can be provided Hours: Monday – Friday 6:45 am – 5:00 pm
& Every other Saturday 6:45 am – 11:45 am
Salary: £28.250 Per Annum (£11.44)
