What you will be doing:
* Collect and deliver customers' vehicles
* Carry out basic vehicle level checks and complete return vehicle condition report
* Follow-up on work to be completed and advise of any delays
* Deliver parts to customers and external agencies, when required
* Adhoc duties will include all basic admin duties to support the service team when required
What we need from you:
* A full clean manual driving licence is essential
* Experience working in a similar role
* Good understanding of local road networks and route planning
* Outstanding communication skills, Maintaining a smart appearance, excellent time management
* The ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service
