Utilising excellent time management skills to generate quotes, follow up on leads and communicate with insurers. Demonstrating strong sales closing skills whilst maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Adhering to QA and Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines, and best practice Your key skills and experience: Essential Strong track record in a targeted call centre environment Highly effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.
