You, as one of our Sales Consultants, would utilise your excellent sales ability to maximise your full potential and exceed customer expectations.

Your exciting new opportunity involves:
1. Converting calls from prospective customers; establishing customer needs and using your expert knowledge to provide the best advice through your recommendation to meet the customers’ requirements.
2. Utilising excellent time management skills to generate quotes, follow up on leads, and communicate with insurers.
3. Demonstrating strong sales closing skills whilst maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
4. Adhering to QA and Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines, and best practice.
Your key skills and experience:
1. Strong track record in a targeted call centre environment.
2. Highly effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
3. Excellent objection handling and sales closing skills.
4. Ability to absorb new and complex information easily.
5. Insurance or financial service sales experience.
