Description
* Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
* Manage and organise digital and physical files for easy access.
* Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.
* Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and order stationery as needed.
* Support in the implementation of new administrative systems.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
* Experience in a Secretarial & Business Support role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Can commute to Nottingham
